- Oversee multiple government contracts & technical projects, managing full lifecycle execution, resources, and deliverables
- Serve as primary point of contact with government stakeholders & contracting officers, ensuring compliance & timely communications
- Manage program budgets, subcontractors, & personnel, coordinating across operations, finance, & technical teams
- Implement project management tools & methodologies (eg., work breakdown structures, risk plans, financial controls, …)
- Lead strategic planning & problem-solving efforts, providing consulting on project execution & continuous improvement
- Mentor & supervise project managers, providing leadership development & coordinating responsibilities with deputy PMs
- Coordinate with internal business functions - including HR, finance, legal, & business development - to support contract execution & growth
- 10+ years of project/program management experience, ideally within government contracting
- 2-5+ years of recent program management experience, overseeing multiple projects or functional areas
- Extensive background in federal contracts, with strong understanding of compliance, budgeting, & technical oversight
- Bachelor's Degree required (Master's degree preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- Salary Range: $145,000-155,000 **depending on experience**
