- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution.
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Lead cross-functional teams including IT, finance, supply chain, and operations.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, consultants, developers, and vendors.
- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Provide consistent updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Manage change requests and ensure smooth adoption through training and support.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-go-live support.
- Manage ERP migrations, upgrades, and integrations with third-party systems.
- Ensure best practices in business process automation and system optimization.
- Oversee documentation, release management, and performance tuning.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and implement continuous improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 10 years of experience in full-cycle ERP project management, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Proven track record of managing multiple ERP/CRM projects with team sizes of 5 15.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, MB-320, MB-500).
- Strong knowledge of D365 implementation methodologies.
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office Suite.
- Experience with Azure, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
