
Assistant Project Manager - Mission Critical - Traveling

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Manage project documentation, including budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, and submittals.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor and enforce safety standards, quality control, and compliance with regulations.
- Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders while resolving any project-related challenges.
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Has 2+ years of experience with a General Contractor
- Large, ground-up project experience is required
- Is a Project Engineer, Project Coordinator, or construction professional hungry for career growth.
- Demonstrates strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Is proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) or is willing to learn.
- Displays a proactive attitude with a strong desire to grow into a leadership role.
- Willingness to work fully onsite across the U.S. (Travel is minimized with career progression)
