Located in the heart of East Tennessee, our dealership is committed to delivering top-notch service for our BMW/Porsche enthusiasts.Position Overview: As an Express Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and prompt service of our customers' BMW and Porsche vehicles. You'll be at the forefront of delivering the high-quality service that luxury vehicle owners expect, including oil changes, tire replacement/balance/rotation, fluids, filters, and other basic maintenance tasks. You will also simultaneously learn new skills as a technician from some of our most senior level techs that will allow you to exponentially grow your skill set. Our dealership, in partnership with our BMW and Porsche manufacturers, provides a pathway to success. Perform quick lube and express maintenance services on BMW and Porsche vehicles (oil changes, tires, fluids, filters, etc.)
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and learn to identify potential issues
Perform pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles
Collaborate with the service team to maintain efficient workflow
Ensure all work is completed with precision and in accordance with BMW and Porsche standards
Uphold the BMW and Porsche standards of excellence in every service task, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license required
Previous experience in vehicle mechanics preferred
Familiarity with BMW and/or Porsche vehicles is a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with excellent communication skills
