In the future, if it ever made sense to sell or partner with another company, you’d share in the sale proceeds.Job Description: Our Assistant Chief Pilot is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership for pilots and delivering technical and operational oversight to maintain compliance in operating standards.Benefits:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage pilot schedules and PTO requests within assigned fleet.
  • Manage the pilots within the assigned fleet and conduct performance evaluations to provide feedback regarding performance.
  • Act as the first line of contact for pilots with in assigned fleet. Elevate any issues up to Chief Pilot as necessary.
  • Work with Chief pilot group to develop, communicate, and implement efficient operational procedures and policies.
  • Work with the training coordinator to ensure proper scheduling of pilot training events.
  • Conduct quality assurance flights to ensure compliance of policies and procedures.
  • Communicate all personnel or disciplinary issues to Chief Pilot.
  • Perform flight duties as Captain on qualified aircraft based on scheduling needs and crew capacity.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience Part 135 operations.
  • Minimum one (1) year experience as PIC in type.
  • IOE, Instructor, or check airman experience, preferred.
  • ATP license, required.
  • 2500 hours total time.
  • 500 hours multi time.
  • Valid passport.
  • 90-day currency.
  • Clean FAA record.
  • Must be located within one (1) hour of KLNK.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
