Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau, WI is seeking a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE to join our LABORATORY ADMINISTRATION team!This position is responsible for providing account management service excellence and support to Aspirus Laboratories clients, system wide. This role actively engages with clients to offer the highest level of customer service, develops collaborative relationships that effectively retain existing clients, and positions Aspirus Laboratories to increase growth and revenue opportunities. This position works collaboratively with Aspirus system leaders to develop marketing plans that promote lab services, provide accurate and current market intelligence as it relates to clients, payers, and competitive strategies, successfully implement growth strategies, and achieve growth goals. This position reports directly to the Laboratory Outreach Manager.HOURS: Full-Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every 2 weeks.Experience/Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or another related field.
  • Minimum of five years of account management, business development, and marketing experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience in clinical laboratory-related terminology beneficial.
  • Possession of a valid Wisconsin Driver’s License required.
