  • We are hiring immediately for full time and part time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions.
  • Location: Capital One Cafe - 1247 Pearl Street, Boulder, CO 80302. Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Full time and part time schedules; Full time, Tuesday through Friday, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, and Saturday, 10:30 am to 6:30 pm. Part time, Sunday and Monday, 10:30 am to 6:30 pm, and Tuesday, 6:30 am to 2:00 pm. More details upon interview.
  • Requirement: Prior supervisory and customer service experience is required; barista experience is preferred.

  • Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
  • Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
  • Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
  • Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
  • May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
