- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal staff, vendors, and visitors.
- Manage office supplies and inventory; place orders as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
- Perform related duties as required.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including data entry and invoice management.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare and maintain basic financial reports for management review.
- Assist Controller as needed for month-end and year-end processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus.
- Five (5) years of relevant office management or administrative experience preferred.
- Basic bookkeeping/accounting experience required; QuickBooks or similar software proficiency preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
