- Proven experience managing large-scale programs or high-volume projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications network structures and architectures.
- Ability to read and analyze technical documents, including highway/road prints, and identify conflicts with telecommunications facilities.
- Exceptional critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in engineering software and advanced data management tools.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
- Ability to thrive with minimal supervision and effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Lead and manage multiple high-impact engineering programs, ensuring all goals for accuracy, timeliness, and profitability are met.
- Develop and implement program-specific methodologies and tracking systems to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate activities, resolve conflicts, and achieve program objectives.
- Analyze and interpret complex data to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and enhance program outcomes.
- Maintain and organize program documentation while ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Utilize tools like Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel to present data insights and track performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (GIS, Geography, Urban Planning, Computer Science) or 5+ years’ related experience
- Proficient in the use of hardware and software (PCs, Tablets, IKE, ArcMap, O-calc Pro, CAD, ArcGIS, Google, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in assigned function (Drafting, Designing, Make Ready, Geographic Information Systems, etc.)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check
