We do post construction cleaning of the inside of newly built homes and commercial buildings. You will need to have the following...Responsibilities:- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including restrooms, break rooms, and common areas-Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors- Dust and wipe down surfaces- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners- Restock supplies as needed- Follow cleaning procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe and sanitary environment- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor- Travel from Job site to Job site daily.Skills:- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning- Ability to work independently and follow instructions- Time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisorsNote: This job description is a general overview of the responsibilities and skills required for the position of Cleaner.
