- Investigate and analyze advanced and emergent electromagnetic spectrum systems and technologies.
- Design and assess microservice architecture design patterns in support of EMSO capabilities.
- Provide expert technical analysis and develop strategic approaches using Model-Based Systems Engineering techniques.
- Support C5ISR Science and Technology Test and Evaluation programs by delivering innovative and robust technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and ensure alignment with defense operational requirements.
- Lead complex problem-solving efforts and contribute to the advancement of EMSO system designs and operational capabilities.
- Produce thorough documentation including technical reports, analysis summaries, and strategic recommendations.
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline OR equivalent relevant work experience.
- Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
- Minimum of 10 years supporting DoD environments; 20+ years preferred.
- Proven experience in electromagnetic spectrum operations, advanced system engineering, and technical strategy development.
- Familiarity with C5ISR Science and Technology or Test and Evaluation programs strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies.
- Deep understanding of electromagnetic spectrum dynamics and signal processing techniques.
- Expertise in microservice architectural design and implementation.
- Proficiency with system modeling tools such as SysML, Cameo Systems Modeler, or equivalent MBSE tools.
- Experience with software development lifecycle and integration in complex defense systems.
- Knowledge of RF systems, communications protocols, and cyber-electromagnetic activities preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on technical reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work autonomously and remotely in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
