- Oversee service orders and the flow of Drive Lane, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by performing additional assignments that leave a positive impression.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, ensuring customers are never mishandled.
- Efficiently distribute work between technicians.
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
- Maintain the Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and ordering parts and tools as necessary.
- Oversee the administration of warranty claims, as well as the training and supervision of the service department.
- Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards.
- Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain good working relationships with factory representatives and foster positive employee relations.
