ResponsibilitiesAre you ready to make a lasting impact? As a Service Advisor, you will:
  • Oversee service orders and the flow of Drive Lane, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by performing additional assignments that leave a positive impression.
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, ensuring customers are never mishandled.
  • Efficiently distribute work between technicians.
  • Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Maintain the Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
  • Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and ordering parts and tools as necessary.
  • Oversee the administration of warranty claims, as well as the training and supervision of the service department.
  • Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards.
  • Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintain good working relationships with factory representatives and foster positive employee relations.

  • Must have Reynolds and Reynolds Experience
  • X-Time Experience is a Plus
