Covenants Specialist

• Perform regular inspections of communities to identify potential covenant or design guideline violations.
• Work directly with homeowners to resolve compliance issues in a professional and respectful manner.
• Document findings, maintain accurate compliance records, and prepare reports as required.
• Collaborate with community association boards and management teams to enforce community standards.
• Provide responsive customer service while addressing homeowner inquiries related to covenants and design guidelines.
• Assist with department projects and initiatives to support compliance efforts across associations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive issues tactfully.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Pay: $20-$23/hr DOE
