Set-up and operate the laser machine to fabricate product according to specifications. Utilizing measuring equipment to ensure that the product has met all specifications.
Qualifications:
Excellent knowledge and proven work experience in a Manufacturing environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
Strong attention to detail, ability to use measuring devices
Safety and quality conscious
Effective time management skills
Ability to stand for 4 or more hours at a time
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in non-climate controlled environment
Responsibilities:
Receives work instruction, prints, and routers for jobs
Utilizes measuring devices daily to check and verify accuracy of work
Knowledge of laser machine operation and material limitations
Performs operator daily maintenance of machine and tooling as required
Capable of reading part drawings and understanding tolerance requirements
Monitor quality and maximize output of product
Willingness to work in all areas of the warehouse
Perform other duties as assigned
