- Set up and operate Mills, Lathes, Surface Grinders and Drill Press to produce high quality parts according to specifications.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining operations.
- Select and install tooling, fixtures and machine accessories as required.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor and adjust machine parameters to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Proven experience.
- Proficiency in programming, setting up, operations and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of machining techniques, tools and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Attention to detail.
