- Under the direction of the Environment of Care Director, lead the Environment of Care Department to include Maintenance and Cleanliness of the Hospital, Safety and Security, Purchasing and Vendor Management, Hazardous Materials and Waste, Emergency Preparedness, Life Safety, Medical Equipment and Utility Systems programs
- Perform daily supervision of EOC staff including screening and selection of staff, providing department orientation and training, completing performance evaluations and giving feedback to the Environment of Care Director
- Delegate Maintenance and Housekeeping requests via Facility Dude ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for patients and staff
- Forecast and prepare the facility for special functions and events
