Our inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services offer supportive and compassionate care for adolescents and adults with specialty programs that are tailored to meet the needs of our patients.This is an exciting opportunity to work in an environment that puts patient care first while also having the opportunity to grow, learn, and advance in your career.Website:Shift: DayPosition Summary: The Housekeeping Supervisor offers overall leadership and supervision of housekeeping personnel in addition to participating in daily routines such as cleaning patient rooms, offices, and public areas, while ensuring a safe and risk preventive environment within OSHA regulations. Responsibilities include training housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks; overseeing staff performance on a daily basis; checking rooms and common areas for cleanliness. Performs administrative duties and other duties as deemed necessary.Key Responsibilities:
  • Under the direction of the Environment of Care Director, lead the Environment of Care Department to include Maintenance and Cleanliness of the Hospital, Safety and Security, Purchasing and Vendor Management, Hazardous Materials and Waste, Emergency Preparedness, Life Safety, Medical Equipment and Utility Systems programs
  • Perform daily supervision of EOC staff including screening and selection of staff, providing department orientation and training, completing performance evaluations and giving feedback to the Environment of Care Director
  • Delegate Maintenance and Housekeeping requests via Facility Dude ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for patients and staff
  • Forecast and prepare the facility for special functions and events
