- Bachelor's degree in engineering or in a technical science
- Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Capability to multitask and prioritize work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite and MS Project
- Flexible hours may be necessary for off-hours maintenance and project work on weekends and evenings; Periodic weekend team coverage is required
- Extensive experience in electrical trades
- Experience working in a union environment
- Proficiency in Maximo or other CMMS for managing work
- Experience with Kronos labor management/timekeeping software
- Experience in maintenance leadership, including planning and scheduling
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- Experience in high voltage (12kV and below) switchgear maintenance
- NFPA 70E arc flash compliance experience
- Familiarity with DMAIC methodology (Green or Black Belt preferred)
- Ensure safety, housekeeping, scheduling, training, evaluations, and daily activities for the electrical maintenance team
- Manage the electrician maintenance apprenticeship program and track all training progress
- Provide direction to electrical maintenance staff, including day shift trades, shift support electricians, and contractors as needed
- Evaluate maintenance effectiveness through metrics, implement improvement plans, and enhance systems through root cause analysis, trend analysis, and preventive/predictive maintenance
- Manage and achieve budget objectives for expenses and capital expenditures within the cost center
- Oversee repair parts ordering, stocking, and obsolescence in collaboration with the plant procurement team
