- Work directly with technical teams in the U.S. and Germany
- Play a key role in launching a new U.S. operation
- Travel for training and client visits – domestic & international

- Build relationships with new and existing customers across North America
- Prepare and present RFQs and technical proposals
- Support estimating, pricing, and project sales strategy
- Collaborate with engineering teams on both sides of the Atlantic
- Understand and explain complex automation systems and processes
- Represent the company at meetings, events, and trade shows
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 3–7 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Project Engineering, or Technical Estimating
- Background in automation, special machinery, or industrial systems (KUKA, Fanuc, ABB, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel (25–45%) and visit Detroit monthly (if remote)
- Experience preparing detailed RFQs and technical sales documentation
- Exposure to financial modeling or proposal-based estimating
- A personable, customer-focused approach
- Interest in international business or German manufacturing culture
