- Position Type: Locum tenens (Travel Nursing Contract)
- Start Date: September 29, 2025
- End Date: December 29, 2025
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Night shift, 7PM 7AM, with rotating shifts
- Hours: Guaranteed 36 hours per week (72 hours bi-weekly)
- Schedule: Every other weekend required
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1990$2130
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Vermont or compact state
- 3-5 years of recent emergency room nursing experience
- Current nursing certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS preferred)
- Ability to work night shifts and rotating weekends
- Strong clinical skills and adaptability in a critical access hospital setting
- Commitment to attend quarterly department education sessions
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment
- Assess, triage, and manage acute and urgent medical conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and adhere to hospital protocols
- Participate in ongoing education and clinical training sessions
- Deliver compassionate support to patients and families during critical situations
