Your Role
  • Educate homeowners on storm-related property damage and insurance coverage
  • Deliver professional in-home sales presentations
  • Manage leads via CRM and maintain an organized calendar
  • Generate your own leads (referrals, door-to-door, events)
  • Handle customer questions, escalate issues, and support project execution
  • Train future sales team members as you grow
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of sales experience (roofing or construction preferred)
  • Strong communication skills & the ability to close in a short sales cycle
  • Valid driver’s license & ability to travel
  • Comfortable on ladders, roofs, and in the field
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and ready to own your growth
  • Tech-friendly (CRM, tablets, Microsoft Office)
  • Roofing certification a plus
