- Analyzes HR information and provides regular management reports. Utilizes standard tools and systems to more effectively manage employee populations and personnel costs.
- Prepares, reviews, and analyzes a variety of HR information, data, and reports. Provides solutions and makes business recommendations and presentations based on findings.
- Coordinates human resources initiatives within the organization and acts as a liaison to other human resources functions when necessary.
- Supports the implementation, maintenance and communication of the organization's human resource programs, policies and processes.
- Serves as the point of contact on various HR systems and processes to support the line of business through various HR initiatives and projects, including but not limited to position management, requisition support, and organizational design.
- Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
- Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
