The Opportunity: We are seeking a hungry, self-motivated, commission-only Sales Representative who thrives in high-performance environments. What You’ll Be Doing: • Managing and nurturing inbound leads generated from organic content, referrals, and events • Following up and closing coaching and/or marketing service contracts • Attending industry events, networking opportunities, and conferences to represent WinRate • Managing your leads and sales activity inside our CRM system (accurate and up-to-date tracking is a must) • Collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client handoffs and a consistent sales process What We’re Looking For: • Proven ability to sell high-ticket services (coaching, marketing, or B2B) • Excellent communication and persuasion skills • Discipline to manage a sales pipeline and close deals without micromanagement • Comfort with commission-only compensation • Willingness to travel to events and represent the brand with professionalism • A genuine passion for helping others grow their businesses and improve their lives Why WinRate? Compensation Structure: • Commission-only • Upside earning potential • Monthly recurring revenue from closed clients • Sales reps regularly earn $5,000–$15,000+/mo depending on performance Responsibilities: • Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved • Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car About Company: At WinRate Consulting, we are committed to driving success for clients and empowering them to achieve their full potential.
