Our company is a bio-pharmaceutical company that develops, manufactures and markets plasma derived products and recombinant proteins for the treatment of patients with serious and often rare diseases. Founded in 1994 in France, our company is one of the leading European bio-pharmaceutical companies providing mainly hospital-based healthcare professionals, with blood derived therapeutics with the vision to provide treatment options to patients in three major areas – immunology, hemostasis and intensive care.We are seeking a medical Operations Supervisor to come in and help us out!Position Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one (1) year work experience preferred.
  • Actively licensed or certified in the state where performing duties: Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Basic, Intermediate, Advanced, or Paramedic, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Licensed Vocation Nurse (LVN), Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA).
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret directions and instructions.
  • Perform basic math calculations.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Reasoning ability to identify, interpret and apply appropriate information.
  • Use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
  • Frequent leaning, bending, stooping, crouching, and reaching above the shoulders and below the knee.
  • Manual dexterity to perform all phases of donor plasmapheresis.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time for up to four (4) hours at a time.
  • Ability to make and analyze a physical assessment of heart, lung sounds, signs of drug use, etc.
  • Ability to lift, tug, pull up to fifty (50) pounds.
  • Typical work environment with moderate notice level.
  • May be exposed to freezing temperatures for short periods of time.
  • Occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
