This opportunity is with a growing and established construction organization working on electrical and gas infrastructure projects.Job Duties:Develop, maintain, and update project schedules (Primavera P6 & MS Project) from bid phase to completion.Track project progress, costs, and resources; provide accurate and timely reporting to leadership.Identify and resolve schedule conflicts and risks before they affect project delivery.Collaborate with Project Managers and Field Supervisors to coordinate milestones and keep work on track.Support change management with schedule impact analysis.Train and mentor team members on project controls best practices.Qualifications:5+ years of scheduling experience in construction (electrical/gas a plus).Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project (PENTA experience a plus).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to read construction drawings and understand field processes.Collaborative, proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
