- Assisting in examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a physician.
- Interviewing patients, measuring vital signs (i.e., pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height), venipuncture and procedure as directed by the physician.
- Documentation is recorded in the Electronic Medical Record in accordance with IPM guideline.
- Prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients. Assists in covering the front desk as required.
- Executes prescribed treatments and medical interventions, administers prescribed medications, and monitors and documents treatment progress and patient response.
- Delegates as allowed under the Nurse Practice Act. Refers to and consults with physicians, other health providers, and community resources to prevent/resolve problems or concerns.
- Educates patients and families about health status, health maintenance, and management of acute and chronic conditions.

QualificationsEducation:Completion of LPN/LVN nursing training from an accredited school of nursing. Minimum of one (1) year college or Technical School.
