If you are passionate about building strong relationships with customers, we would like to talk to you about joining our elite Customer Service team!The ideal candidate must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and possess the required skills.Position Summary:As one of the primary contacts for our customers, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service. Excellence in customer service is accomplished by being responsive to customer needs, being a problem solver, and by providing accurate information and order assistance for the purpose of growing the account.Your days as a customer care representative will be busy and engaging. Your day to day tasks will include:
  • Being responsive to customer questions and requests
  • Process customer orders, including backlog orders (accurate data entry and review)
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and customer service team to ensure orders are fulfilled and all questions/issues are addressed.
  • Process customer returns
  • Review reports such as Out of Stock items to see if they are able to ship
  • Review items no longer ordered and reach out to customer for discussion
  • Work closely with the Accounting team and the VP of sales to resolve credit inquiries.
Position Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years related experience
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
  • Ability to partner with the sales team and work towards shared goals of providing our customers with excellent service and growing the account.
