Customer Service Representative

- Being responsive to customer questions and requests
- Process customer orders, including backlog orders (accurate data entry and review)
- Collaborate with Account Managers and customer service team to ensure orders are fulfilled and all questions/issues are addressed.
- Process customer returns
- Review reports such as Out of Stock items to see if they are able to ship
- Review items no longer ordered and reach out to customer for discussion
- Work closely with the Accounting team and the VP of sales to resolve credit inquiries.
- Minimum of two years related experience
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
- Ability to partner with the sales team and work towards shared goals of providing our customers with excellent service and growing the account.
