Summary of Job Duties
  • The primary responsibility of the Extruder Technical Team Leader is to keep the machines running at the highest level of proficiency as possible.
  • This position will be responsible for both assisting the Supervisor in the overall operation of his or her assigned shift, as well as controlling and monitoring the film production of his or her designated lines.
  • The Technical Leader should have a high working understanding of the extruder lines and have the ability to coach employees on its operations and communicate to people the basic functions of the machinery.
Wage (based on experience)
  • Wages starting at $35 - $40/hour
  • +$2/hour shift differential (on B-Shift)
Hours:
  • Monday – Wednesday and every other Sunday
  • 6pm – 6am
Requirements
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ Years of experience training and/or leading a team
  • 5+ Years of experience operating a blown film extruder is a MUST
  • Excellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills to communicate and coordinate effectively with internal personnel.
