They are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to support ongoing production needs. This role involves the operation of machinery, assembly of components, and adherence to strict quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable organization that values safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:
Operate and watch machines to make sure they are working properly
Read and follow instructions to understand what needs to be made and how to make it
Set up tools and materials in the machines correctly
Use hand tools and power tools to put parts together or make changes
Check parts during and after production to make sure they meet quality standards
Follow safety rules and keep the work area clean and organized
Work with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to lift 50lbs individually, and up to 100lbs as a team, throughout the shift.
