We are seeking an experienced and strategic Technical Sales Manager to lead and elevate our national sales operations, based in Nashville, TN. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a strong background in sales leadership, product management, technical product knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration. This position will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, supporting distributor networks, and ensuring technical compliance and customer satisfaction across multiple market segments.Home Pride, Inc. is a family-owned and operated company with over 25 years of experience, specializing in the manufacturing of anchoring systems for the manufactured housing industry.   • Conduct product sales training sessions and deliver live product demonstrations for end users in the field.
  • Provide strategic sales support to Territory Managers to optimize performance across our distribution network.
  • Serve as a technical advisor to state and local inspection agencies, ensuring proper product usage and adherence to code compliance.
  • Lead product testing efforts in coordination with third-party engineering firms.
  • Oversee customer pricing strategies and manage quote development.
  • Manage and execute new product development initiatives from concept to market launch.
  • Direct quality control processes through participation in national audit programs.
  • Administer rebate and pricing incentive programs to drive distributor sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing to manage digital content and promotional materials.
  • Align regional sales efforts with corporate-level strategy to ensure sales objectives are met or exceeded.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry association events, and through active participation in state boards and professional meetings.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in sales leadership, preferably within manufacturing, building materials, or a similarly technical industry.
  • Proven success in distributor sales and B2B customer engagement.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate complex product information effectively.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable presenting at industry events and leading cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Travel at 40-50%
