- Focus area on software management in PdM EUAS, responsible for evaluating, identifying, and supporting the development of software solutions for the legacy -15, -25, and modernized -25M Gray Eagle aircraft system.
- Lead various software development projects in support of both the fielded and modernized weapon systems.
- Plan, document, track, schedule and analyze various software initiatives for the EUAS team.
- Execute low- and high-level project office engineering initiatives while ensuring status is conveyed in a regular, timely manner to the EUAS leadership.
- Develop and foster good working relationships with the internal and external stakeholders.
- Effectively communicates with EUAS personnel, PM UAS and PEO functionals and staff, prime contractors and suppliers, user representatives, and Army airworthiness personnel.
- Prepares and delivers reports and briefings to management describing program status, issues, analyses, findings, results, recommendations, and conclusions as appropriate.
- Supports Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), working groups, identification of risk, development of courses of action, development of mitigations, and development of recommendations during all phases of the systems engineering process and product life cycle.
- Responsible for project requirements and technical data package content management.
- Responsible for planning and leading project status meetings that include direct interface with the end customer as well as monthly customer reports.
- Responsible for personnel management of the system engineering team.

- Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, systems engineering, electrical engineering, software engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred ten (10) years or more experience in Department of Defense (DoD) technology or a related field.
- Familiarity with military aviation regulations and standards, such as MIL-STD-882E (Standard Practice for System Safety) and MIL-STD-1797A (Aviation System Safety Management).
- Experience with the development of systems/sub-systems requirements, systems and software integration, developmental and operational test planning and execution preferred.
- Preferred experience with requirements development, decomposition, and trace experience.
- Preferred experience with Uncrewed Systems.
- Preferred experience with aviation system development and engineering.
- Preferred experience with Agile development methodology.
- Preferred experience with Mounted Mission Command platform and NOC systems.
- Strong attention-to-detail and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate successfully as part of a diverse team in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, outstanding initiative, aggressive problem-solving and task management skills as well as excellent interpersonal relationship skills.

- U.S. citizenship.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
