  • Serve as the Special Education Teacher for elementary students.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to support student needs.
  • Adapt lessons and materials to make them accessible for students with diverse learning styles.
  • Work with fellow educators and support staff to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications:
  • IL Special Education License
  • IL Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) endorsement
  • Previous experience in Special Education (Preferred)
