- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a friendly, proactive attitude.
- Respond promptly to calls, emails, and messages, ensuring customers feel valued.
- Schedule appointments and manage follow-ups to maintain excellent customer communication.
- Keep accurate customer records and collaborate with the team to provide outstanding service.
- An enthusiastic, goal-oriented self-starter with a passion for connecting with people.
- Motivated, confident, honest, and disciplined individuals who value building strong customer relationships.
- Experience in marketing, sales, or account management is a plus — but not required! We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and teammates.
