Pay Rate: $18/hour (Pending approval for $19-$20/hour)

Staffing Solutions Enterprises is seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Administrative Receptionist to support daily front desk and administrative operations. This is an onsite position offering a great opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic work environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in visitors at the front desk; notify staff of visitor arrivals via Microsoft Teams
- Fulfill staff supply requests: gather items from inventory or submit orders as needed
- Maintain and restock inventory for breakroom, office supplies, and paper
- Sort and distribute incoming mail; stamp and prepare outgoing mail
- Set up workspaces for new employees
- Triage deliveries and notify appropriate staff
- Light facilities support and general administrative tasks
- Lift up to 20 lbs; frequent walking required throughout the facility
- 1+ year of receptionist experience
- 1+ year of administrative support experience (especially helpful in facilities, purchasing, or mail services)
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Teams
- Business casual dress code; comfortable shoes recommended
- A Teams video interview will be conducted
- Drug screen and background check required prior to start
- Position is open due to a resignation
