Provide support for child welfare applications and initiatives.Day to Day tasks to be performed by candidate include:
- Provide user support via in-person, email and telephone
- Provide direct, on-site instruction to individual users and small groups
- Provide instruction on newly released functionality
- Deliver presentations to line staff
- Monitor compliance with data entry requirements
- Review training materials
- Provide technical assistance with data warehouse.
- Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.
- Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance.
- 36 months of experience providing IT support to users.
- 36 months of experience providing implementation support services.
- 18 months of experience providing onsite systems support in a child welfare environment.
- 18 months of experience in training staff in a child welfare application.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
