- Contribute to the stand-up and evolution of the Skills Framework and Strategic Workforce Planning function by delivering Workforce Planning Skills solutions.
- Actively participate in projects and own activities around executing the Skills framework, generate new ideas and help solve problems, provide hands-on delivery, and create insightful findings and recommendations. Projects cover skills taxonomies for key roles, governance process on skills taxonomies, creation of skills profiles, developing a skills assessment framework and process, creating skill reporting and monitoring mechanisms to review skill progression.
- Build and continuously improve the processes that define the Skills Management Framework for the enterprise.
- Contribute to and periodically update procedural manuals and guidelines related to Skills/Strategic Workforce Planning to enable consistent deployment of the process.
- Partner with HR Advisors and Learning & Development on implementing the annual skills assessment framework and process to assess gaps and progress made in closing skill gaps.
- Interpret data and information with a view to support businesses in understanding their skills gaps / emerging skills requirements.
- Review skills assessment outcomes and partner People Insight and other HR functions and business leaders to turn the outcome into appropriate talent strategies to fill skill needs.
- Participate and deliver the regulatory response specific to the skills process required for Risk and Control roles, including preparing materials to meet all relevant deliverables and Internal Audit requirements.
- Contribute to the closure of the regulatory commitments, including the completion of milestones as per the Transformation Project Office standards and the regulatory commitments audited by IA and the regulators
- 5-7 years’ experience in at least 2 of the following: transformation, risk remediation, strategic workforce planning / learning / talent development
- Good understanding of key principles involved in strategic workforce planning.
- Ability to understand, marshal and interpret a wide range of information, ideas, and concepts, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience of presenting complex ideas, data and analysis in a visually accessible way, ability to draft presentations and documentations to communicate key conclusions and complex issues to senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable to work with ambiguity and managing high-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Intellectually strong with a growth mindset, with a proactive can-do attitude to project delivery and “get things done” in a tight deadline.
- Strong analytical skills with good attention to details, while keeping focus on the big picture; able to connect the dots across multiple pieces of work.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills demonstrating cross-cultural understanding and knowledge across multiple geographic locations.
