- Lead full-cycle HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Partner with managers on coaching, performance management, and employee development.
- Administer policies, ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws, and support investigations.
- Oversee workers’ compensation claims, FMLA, and other leave programs.
- Conduct safety meetings, OSHA interactions, and workplace injury follow-up.
- Support engagement, culture, and retention initiatives across multiple stores.
- Assist with benefits: open enrollment, attending benefit meetings, preparing material for meetings
- Continued training of Teton Auto Group processes and products to be well versed in all platforms used.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal /one on ones with employees and systems that drives high performance
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred but not required
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred but not required
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience (multi-location or retail/automotive experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of employment laws (ID, OR, WA), workers’ comp, OSHA, and FMLA.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel regularly to store locations.
- Bi-lingual Spanish/English highly encouraged.
