
Systems Developer Analyst

- Design, develop, and maintain data-driven reports and dashboards using SQL and Power BI to support business operations and client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system migrations, reporting enhancements, and application development using .NET technologies.
- Build and maintain automation scripts using Python to streamline data processing, system workflows, and integrations.
- Optimize SQL queries and ETL processes for performance and scalability.
- Participate in the design, development, and documentation of technical solutions and system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve both routine and complex reporting and integration issues.
- Develop and maintain internal procedures and technical documentation.
- Work closely with the development team and end users to validate functionality and ensure data accuracy.
- 4+ years of experience in SQL report writing and data warehousing using Microsoft SQL Server.
- 4+ years of experience utilizing T-SQL, SSIS, and SSAS.
- 4+ years of experience using Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- 2+ years of experience and knowledge with .NET development and scripting languages such as Python.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or an equivalent combination of work, education, and/or military experience.
- Familiarity with the Odessa leasing and billing application.
- Experience with the broader Microsoft technical stack, including Azure DevOps and Visual Studio.
