- Lead P2P platform implementation from Procurement Team, maintenance and evolution collaborating with ERP, other departments involved and vendors.
3. Oversee the need of new training and communication activities about the Ariba platform access and usage, or updates coming from changes in the process or in Ariba platform evolution.
4. Follow sourcing strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of goods and services.
5. Identify new suppliers for the assigned procurement categories and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and high performance.
6. Manage RFP/RFQ and negotiate terms, prices, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable contracts.
7. Contribute to procurement budget management, spend monitoring, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality for the categories under his / her responsibility.
8. Work closely with Business Units requesting services/goods and other departments to ensure any step of contract negotiation, formalization and procurement policy compliance.
9. Contribute to conduct market research to identify trends, new suppliers, and opportunities for innovation in the supply chain.This role requires a good understanding of how procurement integrates with other business functions, such as operations, finance, and logistics, to achieve overall business goals. It requires also knowledge of the industry, including market trends, supplier dynamics, and regulatory factors. Additionally, a strong awareness of the commercial environment and competitors' products and services is essential for identifying opportunities to optimize sourcing strategies and maintain competitive advantage. Must be knowledgeable in various procurement areas to include supplier management, contract management and SOX and Compliance valuation analysis. Requires the ability to manage sensitive or confidential information. Knowledge may involve an understanding of company policies and procedures, internal and external network connections to acquire needed materials, and an understanding of the competitive environment and availability for strategic supplies. Familiarity with ERP systems and Ariba is essential.This role requires frequent interactions with internal teams such as operations, finance, legal and business units requesting services/goods to satisfy business needs. Externally, it involves negotiating with suppliers, managing relationships, and staying informed about market trends. - Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, in related field
- Preferred Education: Master's Degree, or equivalent, in Economics or Engineering
- 7 Years In Procurement with specific expertise in Ariba platform
- Preferred Experience: 10 years in Procurement including Governance roles, with specific expertise in Ariba platform
