- Masters degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis) is preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of eight years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on facilities design.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing engineering teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in relevant software and engineering tools.
- Must be a registered professional engineer.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit is preferred, but not required.
