- Independently develop advanced campaign-specific data analyses that create actionable insights to aid our Marketing Teams in driving growth across our Broadband and Wireless portfolio.
- Conduct analyses that leverage complex datasets (internal and external), including untapped datasets.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret a wide variety of data to make predictions about future outcomes or identify differences in relationships among sources of information.
- Quantify the significance of data variances and employ a wide spectrum of statistical methods to support sound decision-making.
- Transform complex analyses into clear, easy-to-understand “storytelling” presentations with high-impact visualizations that translate data into insights.
- Serve as the objective single source of truth for campaign analytics performance reporting.
- Support large, complex, cross-functional analytics projects that may span multiple business units and analytics teams.
- Act as a thought leader, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices, conducting experimental analyses, and working in concert with internal and external partners to drive forward-looking insights and innovative solutions.
- Leverage analytics and long-term thinking to help unlock both improved campaign performance and adoption of best practices.
- Deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL.
- Campaign Analytics experience
- 4+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent experience in management consulting.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
- Experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks.
- Expertise in using visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Proven experience working with large and complex datasets, including data transformation and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical aspects of analysis and metrics into actionable insights for the marketing teams and both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., finance, mathematics, economics, statistics, computer science, electrical engineering, physics, Marketing Information Systems (MKIS), etc.) or equivalent experience.
- Experience within the high tech, software, and/or wireless/telecom industry is highly desired.
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives without having direct managerial control.
- Proactive and anticipatory problem solver with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
