Contact Center Representative - Part-Time

- Assumes primary responsibility for our Customer Care Program and retention of members.
- Interview members to identify member needs for products and services by recognizing opportunities, cross-sells appropriate products and services to members, or refers the member to the appropriate contact.
- Opens, closes, and maintains share accounts, certificates, and IRAs
- Suggests and processes requests for ancillary and convenience services.
- Acts as first point of contact in person or on the phone to answer members’ questions and provide information concerning the credit unions services and member transaction information.
- Displays thorough knowledge of all credit union products and services.
- Stays current with processes, procedures, policies, and product changes.
- Maintains safety and security of our members, our employees and the credit union assets by adhering to regulations, policies and procedures.
- Assists on the teller line as Service Consultant II as needed.
- Participates in member appreciation events and community events as required.
- Participates in personal development goals, corporate goals, and strategic initiatives.
