Guide General Managers and Assistant Managers to meet company goals and standards.
Builds high-performing leadership teams through strategic hiring and development.
Drives operational excellence with ongoing training, performance reviews, coaching, and accountability.
Oversees business performance, including financial analysis, strategic planning, and initiative implementation.
Creates a guest-centric culture by setting service standards and promoting a positive, goal-driven team environment.

Compensation and Benefits

Requirements

Minimum of at least 3+ years of current experience as a Restaurant District Manager
Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to travel to multiple location
Strong work ethic and sense of accountability
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
