
Product Surveillance Specialist

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Assist with quality assurance by listening to recorded calls and providing feedback to improve service standards.
- Collaborate with the quality team to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Support training initiatives by sharing best practices and insights from quality reviews.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call recording tools is a plus.
