Rome Health is seeking an experienced HIM Coder. The HIM Coder is responsible for coding discharged patient encounters which may include inpatient, observation, skilled nursing, behavioral health, emergency room, surgical, ancillary, or clinics. Duties may include abstracting and charge verification.EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION, AND LICENSURE:High School diploma required. Associates or bachelors degree preferred.
