Job Family: General CodingTravel Required: Up to 10%Clearance Required: NoneWhat You Will Do:Manage multiple Physician Coding Projects.You will oversee Supervisors and Coders assigned to Client projects.Management of multiple projects and keeping each organized and managing communications between client and Coding leadershipResponsible for maintaining metrics for each client assignedWill be client facing and assuring all aspects of the project are covered and that the team is sufficiently trainedResponsible for reporting client updates to upper leadership.What You Will Need:Bachelor's degree (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)7+ years medical coding management experienceActive CPC certification from AAPCMust have experience managing multiple projects and overseeing 20+ team members.Requires good written and oral communication skillsRequires good organizational skills and the ability to multi-taskWill need to be skilled in excel and have good analytical skillsWhat Would Be Nice To Have:Experience working with offshore teamsExperience in educating and training codersCPMA CertificationThe annual salary range for this position is $77,000.00-$129,000.00.
