We're now looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring customer happiness. Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Fusion HVAC, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound phone calls to current customers and potential leads, bridging the gap between our company and our valued clients.Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Engage in outbound phone calls to current customers and potential leads, understanding their HVAC needs, addressing inquiries, and providing information about our services.
Issue Resolution: Effectively handle and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and technical issues related to HVAC systems. Collaborate with technical teams when necessary for solutions.
Appointment Management: Coordinate service appointments and installations with customers, ensuring prompt and convenient scheduling. Documentation: Maintain organized records of customer interactions, including call logs and feedback.Qualifications:
● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
