Customer Interaction: Engage in outbound phone calls to current customers and potential leads, understanding their HVAC needs, addressing inquiries, and providing information about our services.
Issue Resolution: Effectively handle and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and technical issues related to HVAC systems. Collaborate with technical teams when necessary for solutions.
Appointment Management: Coordinate service appointments and installations with customers, ensuring prompt and convenient scheduling. Documentation: Maintain organized records of customer interactions, including call logs and feedback.Qualifications:
