Don't miss out-apply now and join our team today!Responsibilities:Processes accounts payable invoices while reviewing for possible debits to vendors using accounts receivable aging reportsEnsures accurate and timely vendor paymentsPerforms and supports internal and external auditsWorks in a team environment and assists in other finance functions as requiredRequirements:Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or related work experienceAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimalsAbility to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to draw and interpret bar graphsAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsAbility to write routine reports and email correspondenceAbility to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersProficiency with word processing software, Microsoft Excel, email, accounting software, and internet applicationsPay Details: $45,000.00 per yearBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
