Fabricator/Welder $19/hr plus Depending on ExperienceMonday-Friday 7am-5pmAventure Staffing is seeking a Fabricator/Welder to work for a well established salvage yard in Spencer, IA! Training is provided on site, no experience necessary!Responsibilities:
  • Perform welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) on scrap metals, including steel, aluminum, and other ferrous/non-ferrous materials.
  • Cut, shape, and assemble metal parts using various welding techniques.
  • Fabricate metal components and structures as required, based on blueprints or verbal instructions.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and the team.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy, ensuring all metal structures are welded to the required specifications.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of welding and metal fabrication experience
  • Experience with MIG, TIG, Stick welding and cutting techniques
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Must be able to read a tape measure
  • Proficient with hand and power tools
