Quality Assurance Manager

Some travel in state involved but company car providedEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesOversee and ensure properties meet quality and regulatory standards through inspections, audits, and collaboration with staff and contractors.Investigate quality issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.Train staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and quality-related activities.Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for property operations.Provide leadership, feedback, and motivation to maintain a collaborative and high-performing team.Ensure quality control, customer satisfaction, and compliance with all applicable regulations.Develop and maintain best practices for operations, reporting, and inventory management.Manage operational budgets and ensure timely completion of required reporting.Travel to sites to conduct inspections, meet with team members, and verify quality standards.Provide scheduled and emergency support to staff as needed.Essential Skills & AbilitiesStrong knowledge of construction practices, maintenance standards, and operational timelines.Skilled in analytics, risk management, and problem-solving.Proficient in computing, spreadsheets, and adaptable to new technology.Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and leadership skills.Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings.Capable of working independently or as part of a team while upholding high standards.
