- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based models (CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, Narrative, Structural, etc.)
- Lead the creation and implementation of individualized service plans (ISPs) based on client strengths and needs
- Coordinate with schools, probation, child welfare, and other partners to ensure integrated care
- Provide case management and crisis intervention as needed
- Support and empower families through advocacy, skill-building, and connection to resources
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Active registration with the California BBS as an AMFT, ASW, or APCC (Supervision provided!)
- Bilingual Spanish/English fluency required
- 1–2 years of experience working with youth in school, outpatient, or community settings
